We visited the Surfing Goat Dairy in upcountry Maui. It was surprisingly beautiful with the white goats grazing peacefully around the property. The dairy itself is certified humane and run by a couple from Germany. We sampled a few types of cheese and ended up settling on the “Perigord,” a creamy and smooth chevre infused with black truffles (not pictured).
